Jack has successfully handled thousands of insurance claims, advocating on behalf of underserved insurance policyholders in disputes with insurance companies nationwide.
He began his career representing property insurance companies and consciously chose to switch sides to help policyholders. He is highly efficient and passionate in the pursuit of justice on behalf of all his clients.
His practice ranges from typical homeowner insurance disputes to multimillion-dollar commercial property and condominium claims. Whether your claim is big or small, Jack will personally guide you through the process. He is admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Association.
He is a dedicated husband, father, and philanthropist involved in the growth of the arts and art education in South Florida and a supporter of many local cultural institutions.

William Saintilus graduated with a B.A. from the University of Florida in 2009 and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University in 2013.
He has experience handling complex civil cases, general liability, premises liability, and property and automobile liability matters. He is an experienced and skilled litigator. While in law school, Mr. Saintilus had an opportunity to intern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. He also interned with the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Saintilus was named one of South Florida’s 40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow in 2016 and recognized in The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2017. He has been a member of the local voluntary bar and professional associations such as the T.J. Reddick Bar Association, Caribbean Bar Association, Wilkie D. Ferguson Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and Dade County Bar Association. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Haitian Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
